A Semi-New Writing Competition

I'm going to make this short so I don't spam you too bad. This place is awesome. It's got people of all skill levels, and it's tons of fun. They're in their second season, and last season was great. Even if you can't commit to a competition (you get a week to write something to a prompt, no limits or minimums, every week, and you do get two skips) you can be a "Random Writer" and respond to prompts whenever you want. It's fair, easy, and made especially out of frustrations with other competition communities.

Have I ever recommended something before? Hmm? No. So I must really like this place right? Right. Go check it out. You only have one week to get in for this season, so be quick too. I know I have some writers on my friend's list.

Whee, this sounds like fun. ^^ Leave it to Jessi to recommend something awesome. I'm a little confused on their process though. Do I just join and then wait for a writing prompt? Or is there some application that I was too ditzy to see?

Yup, just join. They'll only let you in if you have a real journal, that's why. So join with shoujo_bubbles and you'll be fine. When it's prompt time, you write your entry, send it in through a screened comment on a specific post (or email if it's too long) and then wait for voting time. She'll put all the entries up, and if you're voting, you read them all, and vote for your favorites. You have a limited number of votes each round, and you CAN vote for yourself.
